I need advice, insight, suggestions - whatever you've got! I work for The Eighth Floor consortium and teach technology integration to area educators. We have a ning site. We are trying to make our site a hub for the consortium and a place…
We are hoping to do a "contest" of sorts for our consortium members. We would like them to submit short videos of ways they have integrated technology into their classrooms after taking classees at our facility. I'm an Assistant Professor of Technology Integration and Instructional Design. I create and teach professional development courses for area educators - by day. By night, I am still an English/writing teacher. I just can't give up the classroom! I am a huge fan of Web 2.0 tools and use them in my classrooms whenever it seems the right tool to use.

SITACT Inc has developed the Moodle Analytics module for dashboard style graphical reporting to track the progress of the online classes. Have a look at the demo at www.sitact.net.
I'm going to be teaching a class next fall using Moodle, to which I am new. I was hoping someone might have a suggestion or two for tutorials or help guides. Thanks! Lee Anne
Sarah Lovelidge asked a really good question about collaborating with wikis on the Course Dev blog. I wrote an absurdly long blog comment already, but I'd love if you could join the conversation. I think it would help to have some perspectives from an instructor too.
TCC is an online conference. I wish we got to go to Hawaii! But yes, I've been doing that all week. I did a lot of liveblogging from the presentations--more than I've ever done before. I think I did something like 15 posts in 3 days.
