- Superintendent of Schools for Iroquois. I have been here for four years and I am thrilled to be part of a such a progressive district with such supportive faculty, staff, students, community and board of education. I am passionate about changing the way our students learn. Our students do very well both in class and on the state assessments. Teaching had been tradition. It is time for students to become more engage, connected and technologically literate for the 21st Century.

We have a lot going on in our high school with teachers using Web 2.0 tools. Perhaps we could have a conversation over skype and I can talk to you about what has been happening at Iroquois. let me know if this is something you would like to arrange.

- Hi Neil. Thanks for the comment. The connections we can make are really powerful. I work closely with some folks in your area, Michelle Okal at Erie #1 and Jeff Dolce in Orchard Park.
Please keep me in mind if you hear of any projects involving these tools. We are connected to Internet2 and have a strong distance learning (videoconferencing) program. I'd also love to hear what educators or administrators in your district are using Web 2.0 tools.
