Hi everyone,
We are from Northern Vermont (near the Quebec border)
We are also looking for collaboration with other French classes.
Our studens are middle school students.
We are definitely interested in any collaboration.
One thing we can offer as…
I think I might be able to help. There is an excellent French teacher at my school who is starting to blog and might be interested in setting up something with you. She teaches all levels (elementary-high school). I will ask her if she is…
Dear AllI'm teaching middle school French in a private school in Macon, GA. I'm looking for a partner school for my students to practice French with via skype and blogging for example. Our school year just started and these are just ideas but ones that I think can enrich our students' learning experience. It would be great to hear from anyone and words of advice are more than welcome.ThanksNathalieSee More
I'm currently teaching middle school French at Stratford Academy and serving as the Chair of World Languages.
Feel free to check out my blog and wiki from my time at UCONN and if anyone has techniques or suggestions about how to get students excited about learning or simply things that have worked, I would love to hear about it. So leave me comments!
Since it's a lit in translation class, I will check with our AP English 12 teacher who focuses more on world lit. I'll let you know. Best wishes with your PhD program; it sounds so interesting!

Hi Nathalie,
With your interest in Web 2.0 Education Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
Vincent

Hi there, Nathalie! I'm glad you joined Classroom 2.0. I'm just looking at the live chat bar here to the right and see that Cami is looking for teachers interested in communicating and collaborating with her students around global issues. I think you might find some teachers here to work with, too. Good luck!
