Some teachers are just not willing to take the time to learn about new technologies and some just don't know how to integrate it into the classroom. Something that is useful and easy to someone could be just as challenging and useless to…

Hi Michael. I was wondering if you have students or educator friends who would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!

Hello all,

My name is Mike Taylor, and I am a doctoral student outside Philadelphia. The emphasis of my studies is the technology education of current and pre-service teachers. I have had the pleasure of being shoe-horned into the schedule of teachers in a K-12 environment, trying to improve their technology skills and working with pre-service teachers in the classroom helping them to learn the basic technology skills they need to function in the classroom, adjusting their attitudes from " I'll use it if I can work it in." to not even hesitating to use the technology to improve their's or their students learning experience.

I would like to see how we can begin to move towards the infusion of technology into educational foundation classes, so it can be thought of as a synergistic part of educational theory as opposed to an adjunct to be used as an add on to basic theory.

My background is as diverse as my interests. Please don't hesitate to look at my company website which has a little bit more about me. Don't be afraid to say hi, and stop by for a cup of coffee, tea, or what ever makes you smile. The pots always on and the cookies are always fresh!

I started my business Gwynedd Valley Systems in 1997. At that time Tim Berners-Lee's…
