We are a School District of about 73,000 students. We have about 90 schools! We are in the process of moving to Google Apps. We realize NY Schools have already made this move. Can anyone provide some best practices for the roll out of a system this large?

IE: How did you prepare the students for this new responsibility, What training? New Policies? Did you roll it out with a lot of features all at once or are you phasing it in?Are you delegating admin to each school or…

Thanks George. Did you set up a meeting with them? We might want to do that as well.

George,
There were 3 of us editing the book - my daughter, our friend and myself. It took days and days. Then I had it printed. The whole process took about 5 months and 1 trip to Virginia. By the way we live in Florida in Center Hill about 40 miles from Orlando.
I think I could write 1 more book on differentiation.

Thanks for your comment. I self-published my book. I couldn't afford the publishers. They want a huge amount of money. I wrote my book and had to change it to PDF form and sent it to Abbott Printing for printing. They did a great job. I always get a quote on different amounts such as 25, 50 or 100 copies. The more you buy the cheaper the price. It really cost me about 1/2 of the purchase price. Then for workshops I add about $10.00. I think I could do another one on differentiation after all the questions teachers had at the workshops.
What is your book about? Sue Bohon
