About Me
Mr. Lambert has a Bachelor’s degree from Lemoyne-Owen College in Biology and Chemistry, a Master’s degree in Education, from Memphis State University, and he finished all the course work on a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Physics Education. He is a former teacher in the Memphis City Schools System, where he won the prestigious Distinguished Teacher Award. He was employed by Memphis State University to create Instructional Physics video tapes. He also has served as a technical writer for Memphis Light Gas & Water, the second largest utility company in the United States. He was later promoted to a curriculum developer where he was responsible for all the field training for that organization. He has worked for South Central Bell , Southern Bell and BellSouth. He was an Instructor for BellSouth in Birmingham, Alabama, where he both developed and taught courses in data hardware, selling skills and motivation. Mr. Lambert won an award for the most accepted suggestions in BellSouth, one of which was awarded an $11,000 cash prize.
Mr. Lambert has made teaching his life. He has taught almost everything.

If you are having less than desired success, do not place the blame on the students, or on the times. If you are having less than desired successes “do something different”.

What do you do? Here is one suggestion that may give you greater success with this generation of students.
