I was an instrumental part of the team that created the Clark County School District’s Virtual High School. I served as an Instructional designer and teacher, helped organize and develop the virtual high school teacher training, classes, class content, philosophy, and program. Environmental Studies –
Ocean Acidification – Global online conference with schools and scientists from around the world
Environmental Issues Project – Video conference with the US State Department’s Oceans and Environment Director; Live online sessions from the Forever Earth Boat (Lake Mead), Project Wet, and UNLV; included schools from Canada, US, Australia, Virginia, Clark County Refugee Project, and the US State Department
European Union Project – Project-Based Learning activity with video conferencing with diplomats for the EU
Walker Lake Project – Project-Based learning activity where students recommended solutions to leadership groups trying to save Walker Lake

Yucca Mountain Project – Yucca Mountain leadership, Scientists, and worked closely with schools in Arizona that live by a Nuclear power plant.

UNLV-AP Video Conferencing Project – Professors came online to discuss key political topics with AP students

Fly on the Wall Project – Created and Hosted a TV Show from UNLV that discussed key current topics
