I was a teacher of English at the high school level, at a school in the South Bronx, where I taught for seven years. I am a member of the New York City Writing Project, and serve as a technology coach for several NYCWP courses/workshops. All told, I have ten years of classroom experience. I am currently a SAHM to my 7 month old daughter, and maintain the NYCWP website.
Despite this weekend's beautiful weather, 15 of us gathered in a computer lab at a school in the East Village in Manhattan for an evening and a day of looking at classroom applications of Web 2.0 tools. Enjoy!

Hi Nancy, I noticed that you added those cool Common Craft videos to this site. I went to the Common Craft site to add it from Blip.tv but the code doesn't work on Ning. Did you have to do something special to the code? I would like to add it to my site. Could you tell me how you did that please? Thanks!
