I wonder what impact podcasts have had on global communication. I wonder how ideas--shared people to people--have been effected via podcasts. I wonder if I will use the "This I Belive" format for my students. It might be a good jumping in point. I like th

Hi Rob, I work with the talented and gifted students in a middle school in Bettendorf, Iowa, USA. I would like to set up some collaboration with you. I have ages 11-14 so I can be flexible. I would have to tie the program into curriculum, but I am…

Hi Madeline. I was wondering if you have students or educator friends who would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!

Thank you for inviting me to your site. I have not been active with the site as I have had little time of late to get such things accomplished. I am a special education teacher at a small alternative school. I work with teenagers who have behavioral problems that will not allow them to survive in a general education setting. I am stuggling with the administration over access to the internet for my students. The school is reluctant to let my children access email, myspace, or any other site that is available, even with teacher monitoring. The fight will continue, eventually they will give in. Again thanks for the invitation.

I am relatively new here. I am from Ghana and I'm just here to learn, contribute as well as link up with like-minded people who will be willing to share their experiences as well as help in spreading the concept of distance learning and adult education to Africa, which lags behind as far as education is concerned. My company has developed a television program called 'ADULTS IN EDUCATION' which is used in teaching, especially adults, how to read and write as well as general tips on how to take care of oneself. We also treat social issues as well.

Thanks for joining CR2.0, Madeline.

You bring us a less edgy, maturer perspective on education and its reform. I like your blog's byline, "nobody asked me but...". Let your voice be heard here, too.

Madeline, I taught the ITGS course for two years (1998-2000) in an IB program at the International School of Stavanger, Norway. It is a great subject given the pervasiveness of technology. The world has changed significantly since then and the impacts of technology are nearly everywhere. The group is a great idea.
