Just saw this today - I am an advocate for cell phones in the classroom. My district has a no cell phone policy in middle school. They are not allowed at school. Period. Not at school functions/events/athletics, nothing/nowhere. However, I continual…

trying to reconnect with CR2.0 - time has kept me away for far too long.
We went to inclusion several years ago - but in name only. This year it was "for real". The degree to which it worked varied greatly between the various teacher combos. (I am in two middle schools and am a technology integrator so my view is differe…

Hey meL--Sorry I'm so late responding, but I think you know what I've been busy with! Has it gotten any better for you? Every new assignment just makes me shake my head and wonder what I'm doing.
With your interest in instructional technology I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's web based power point presentation pltform. Both free feature rich web tools, I think, will be very helpful and even fun for the students and teachers in your school district.
