David Antrobus said… Hi Melissa, I think the use of technology is great when it works but as with all technology there is always technical barriers that have to be addressed and this usually means working in tandem with an IT department that are usually overstretched or chasing their tails. Once this relationship works IT can be great in the classroom. The feelings of confidnce students get from overcoming and mastering software really can't be matched but every student learns at a different pace and level. I feel this is the hardest challenge to overcome, keeping the inclusion goingi.e. not allowing the struggling students to fall behind and also keeping those running ahead interested.
