I teach ICT in the Libray and Information Sciences and Technologies Course at ESEIG - Escola Superior de Estudos Industriais e de Gestão (School of Industrial Studies and Management) of IPP - Instituto Politécnico do Porto (Oporto Polytechnic Institute).
Presently, I am doing a PhD in Computer Science. I am investigating new forms of teaching and learning using content management systems and web 2.0 tools.

Hi Lino,

With your interest in new Web 2.0 Tools, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.

I am from Matosinhos, very near Porto, the second city of Portugal, in the North.
I am teacher at a High School in Vila do Conde, 25 Km to North from Porto.
