A ning is easy to set up and is intuitive to use. It combines blog posts, discussion forums, text, photos and videos. It would be interesting to checkout the forums to gain extra information about a topic eg. moodle

I wonder if there will be any way that Tasmania could access some of the bits from UltraNet. We're a small and impoverished state resource wise.
