About Me
I am a Grade 3 French Immersion teacher in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am a product of the Immersion Programme and believe that learning another language is a very important part of a learning career and as a second language learner, I am aware of the pitfalls and difficulties inherent to that kind of learning.

I enjoy reading and writing and have been known to indulge in Xbox 360 and Playstation3 games, (though I am really not very good at them).

One of my favourite things to do is to find the answers to the random questions that pop into her head. Questions like: why are there 360 degrees in a circle? Why does frozen water expand? Where are my keys?

My other favourite thing to do is read dictionaries and encyclopaedia's. I have a couple of collections of both types of references in both real-space and in cyber-space.

I live with my son Nicholas and his puppy, Thor.
