Videotaping as a method of teacher evaluation

Our school announced that they would be videotaping teachers as a part of the evaluation process.   Does anyone have any guidelines or suggestions on how this could be done in the most effective and beneficial way.  I read an article on the subject years ago but do not remember the specifics.   KenSee More

About Me
I teach computers to highschool students in a private school in northern Mexico. I organized a group of teacher that meet every Tuesday to learn and share about ideas on how to use technology in the classrooms to increase student learning. We call it Tech Tuesday. This ning will give us alot of ideas and material to discuss and use in our classrooms.
