I don't know about anyone else, but the height of my concentration is in the morning! I am much happier to get up as early as possible, if it means i'm done by lunch time. As soon as a morsel of food hits my belly - THAT'S IT!! Concentration is out the window.Have the German's got it right? An earlier start in the morning, around 8am, and then you're home and done by 1.30pm.This sounds like a great idea to me, but what are your thoughts?Gina :-)See More
