Okay, so I finally found your Skype. I teach middle school, so you really want to connect your classes with fellow students in high school. BTW, have you looked at the flatclassroomsprojects? http://www.flatclassroomproject.org/ scroll down the page and look at any project on the left in the navigation. might interest you with your high school kids. if i were in your shoes, i would pick a section of your curriculum and have a guest speaker 'in' (over Skype) to discuss that part of the curriculum. once you identify some good issues in your curriculum, ask around on plurk. that peggy george you heard tonight is a wealth of great information - retired principal - absorbs knowledge like a sponge!

Hi Dustin,

With your interest in Education Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service. Here’s a public class recording conducted by Nellie Deutsch on Technology Integration.
