Hi Brooke,
Do you use thinkfinity? I am at a workshop in the highschool on thinkfinity and if you don't use it, I think you will like it.

Hi Brooke. I was wondering if you have any high school contacts who would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!

Brooke, I highly recommend trying ar least one online course -as long as it is synchronous. You will really enjoy the dynamics. It is understandable that you are concerned about a loss of interaction, but rest assured, there is alot of interaction because the dynamics are different than those in a physical classroom. It is interesting to see how behavior and learnig styles chnage online. Some online degree programs require an on campus meeting because they want to keep face-to-face as a component of online learning -and for many good reasons. Transitional first garders don't have to worry about this -and by the time they reach college age, online learning will probably be old school! Cheers! --Arnie

There is supposed to be one more class at the IU. About 3 of the people in my group are thinking of taking it but after that... online or main campus. I am upset because they told us we would be able to finish at either the IU or Ursinus but then they decided to put it all online. I am only 9 credits into the program. I am concerned how I would do with an online course. I would miss the interaction.

Hi Brooke,
That is a great picture of you. Welcome to Classroom2.0 and to the Ningdom! This is a great group of people, you will like it here.
Did you hear that the St. Joe classes are going to be all online now... or at the main campus? Not sure how I feel about that yet!
Enjoy the sharing on the Ning...
:-)
