Thanks both sites look really comprehensive in terms of topics covered.
I recently came across TeacherZone ( for math video lessons - free. They have loads of math video lessons - 3-5 minutes long - perfect for sharing with kids and parents for grades 3-10. What I like most is the wonderful way they have explained complex math problems by breaking it into smaller pieces.

I have just started using this website and it is great.  My RSP students are really enjoying the tutorials.
Check out iIlove it.
I teach 5th grade math have found several videos on Discovery Ed or United Streaming sites.
Great sites - I love Khanacademy its amazing how he has recorded all those videos! TeacherZone is very appropriate especially since they have middle school math videos and both sites are FREE :)
Ignition Tutoring ( is tutors online (via Skype) from top universities like Stanford. Their focus is on middle school MATH; they also focus on "growth mindset" and independent learning. It's a great resource and really helps students -- check it out!
If you are thinking of giving your child some math during the summer, can be a good tool for you. You can think of a way to reward them for the worksheets they complete. It is amazing how well a reward can help. is a fun, easy and effective online math enrichment and assistance program for students K-6. It is designed to help children improve their problem-solving skills, gain confidence in their math abilities and have fun while they learn.
