About Me:
I was a classroom teacher for 23 years . . . in both "brick & mortar" and online classrooms . . . from 5th grade through grad school courses. I love learning and the process of "architectureing" learning environments.

I firmly believe that what now passes for school is not what our students need to guide them on their way. A new way of "schooling" needs to emerge and educational leaders need to encourage, foster, and nurture the process. The process begins with a change in thinking about what a learning environment is and moves to implementing the new collective vision. Technology provides the tools to reconceptualize school and avenues to facilitate the new vision.

Hi Greg, I've not been very active in here for a while! I guess you just get caught up in other things (other Nings actually). But I have (and will) still get development from the network. When I read 'a new way of schooling needs to emerge' I am so heartened! I will subscribe to your blog.
