Hi Joyce - your talk at BLC07 meant I finally got round to doing something with the Ning membership I had had for a while! Thanks as ever for the motivation... ;-)
Thanks for adding me as a friend Joyce. I enjoyed your presentation at the BCL Conference in Boston, "Web 2.0 Meets Information Fluency: Designing Projects for 21st Century Learners." I enjoy your blog and pass along things to our Library Media Dept all the time.
I have long enjoyed your blog, and am amazed at how much you manage to do in addition to your dissertation!
I was at an IU presentation in Norristown with Will Richardson this past Fall (what a wonderful day) and I connected with who you were (from the audience) as Will explained what a leader you are.
Welcome, Joyce! Great blog, by the way. I use it often. I recall working with you a little a couple years ago trying to link up AP English classes for some distance learning, but it didn't work out with my classes. Are you still coordinating classes? How's that going?
Check out our series of free live workshops around the United States on the use of Web 2.0 technologies in education. Coming up: Chicago, New York, Maui, Sacramento, and Boston. More details and information here.
