Don't think of it as a Blog... Think of it as an Info Sharing Space

The NYTimes published an interesting tool : http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/10/business/2007_BUYRENT_GRAPHIC.html

It could be used to illustrate the use of information graphics, create an ongoing discussion of economics, to consider received wisdom (in this case: buying property is always better than renting), to build writing pieces around.
