Hello everyone,

I am trying to really utilize Classroom 2.0 and particulalry this group.  I, along with a co-collaborator have developed the first online Model UN simulation, currently free to any high school student thanks to the generous support of OrgSync (who hosts our community platform) and Bb for the room. The group can be found at www.onlinemun.org and we would love to be in contact with teachers who think this could be a worthwhile addition to their school's extra curricular program. I have loads of information I can send you, and we are truly a global program, with most of our current student base located outside the US.

Would love to touch base with anyone that is interested in learning more...

Cheers,

Lisa

If you are thinking of giving your child some math during the summer, http://www.goldstudent.com/ can be a good tool for you. You can think of a way to reward them for the worksheets they complete. It is amazing how well a reward can help.

GoldStudent.com is a fun, easy and effective online math enrichment and assistance program for students K-6. It is designed to help children improve their problem-solving skills, gain confidence in their math abilities and have fun while they learn.

We have just launched our Free Trial! You can now create an account without any charges.

Thanks!

Does anyone here currently have distance learning in your school or district? I am looking to bring it to my school district and need to present to the board. Does anyone know if there is funding provided for schools/districts that have virtual learning? I appreciate the help. Please email me at sirotiak02@aol.com Thank you.

Maggi,

Quick question...I created a group and limited the access to only those people I invite to join. The group is for the instructors in our department. I've invited them to join Classroom 2.0, but how do I invite them to join the group?
