Hi Mike. I was wondering if your students would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. Perhaps you have some educator contacts you could direct me to. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!

I stumbled upon this site while looking for a few interesting activities for class. I've found web 2.0 applications to be quite addictive and they really change the way I opperate in the classroom. I would really like to hear about how you're using the wiki in class. I am the only person in my district currently using these technologies and it can sometimes be overwhelming doing this alone.

I actually joined because of a class assignment. I am enrolled in Theory of Rhetoric class at George Mason that requires that we explore a social networking site. I chose this one because I teach. I haven't spent much time here but have found an interesting and active forum about digital natives/digital immigrants. I have also joined a group about Digital Pedagogy. I am actually enjoying this more than I thought I would. But then, I do love to play with technology.

What about you? What brought you here and what are you doing?

Hi Mike,
I saw your comment on the online publishing forum. I am currently trying some wiki assignments this semester. I will keep an eye on your blog to see how things are going with you!
