About Me
I am Midwestern guy (Chicago) transplanted to New England (Boston) where I am a high school English teacher. I delayed my arrival into the teaching profession almost ten years to first pursue a host of other endeavors, including professional acting, film production, and technology consulting. I have also been coaching soccer since I was about eighteen. All of those trails were great preparation for the classroom, giving me a what I hope is distinctive perspective to the profession.

Hi Fred. I was wondering if you and your students would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. If not, perhaps you have some educator contacts you could direct me to. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!
