My Days...
I teach English at a local community-based,non-profit organization in NYC part-time and work on LessonWriter.com every other moment.
LessonWriter facilitates teaching relevant, motivating, student-centered content in structured, standards-based lessons that deliver specific, measurable outcomes.
It is a simple, fast and free way to use authentic, high-interest content to motivate students while delivering the explicit language instruction that ELL's need in both English and content-area classes. There are advanced features that can differentiate instruction for multilevel classes and class tracking features that will automatically scaffold lessons.

If you're interested in moving online with your work I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom. It is web based and has a bunch features with a free basic service.
