About Me: I have taught in the public school system for 26 years and was a professional development staff member for a regional professional development center for 6 years. My undergrad work was in elementary education with an emphasis in mathematics. My Masters degree is in Elementary Education which was earned in 1995. I am currently working on my doctorate in educational leadership. I have taught in three different school districts with the majority being at Maysville.

Glad you're here. I teach 1st grade in CA. What kind of hardware will you have in your room? I have a ELMO TT-02rx (document camera) and an LCD projector. I use a remote presenter to control my laptop so I can walk around the room and assist students. I also made my own interactive whiteboard. Check out this video of Johnny Lee at TED.
