I am a graduate student at the University of Maryland, currently studying global perspectives in Educational Technology. I am researching I technology integration in Scotland’s primary and secondary schools, especially GLOW. I found your profile on Classroom 2.0, have read your blog, and would like to get your take on the state of ICT in your area. I have a listed of few questions, but any and all information or opinions would be most helpful in my endeavors. Feel free to respond to me via Skype at bdbrackett, email at bdbrackett@gmail.com or by leaving me a comment here.
