Grouping Sites for Student Use

Hi!I'm looking for someplace on the web where I can put websites for students to use in groups (e.g. reading, writing, phonics, etc). I want the students to be able to click anywhere on the site and be able to access different links for individual subject areas. I just don't know what type of "host" or "site" would be best!  I sort of want it to be bundled together like you can do on delicious but make it more userfriendly. I don't know if I should use wikis, google sites, or something else!
