Document Camera Frustration

Last year my school was very fortunate in the fact that all the teachers recieved document cameras. However, ever since I recieved my it has been trouble. All last year I couldn't us it because it wouldn't focus, so I had our school tech person take a look, fellow teachers and our district tech person. By the end of the year we finally fixed the focus.
