October weekend
It is such a beautiful weekend here in the Northeast. Tree colors are beautiful and it is sunny and warm. I'm finally paying attention to the stock markets and am very fearful after losing much of my portfolio. I want to retire, but it is looking like I'm going to have to put it off a bit.
On another note, my colleagues and I have joined classroom2.0. Our group, Instructional technology specialists, get together every two weeks and develop curriculum, explore new technologies, have a book study, and discuss our jobs. We have decided to read an article which has been posted on our group and then post comments to a prompt. We feel that participating in this kind of exchange can help us better understand how this will work in the classroom. I'm anxious to begin.
