Hi Anna

Thanks for your reply, I don't know much about engineering, but my teachers colleagues and I go to places like Kampong Thom in Cambodia and run PD sessions for teachers, librarians and administrators). Many of them come from schools and libraries with no power source, so they can't use computers/internet. I just wanted to get an idea of how much it costs to set up a solar panel on a school roof, for example, and how hard it is to do this. A group will be going back in July next year and we could fund raise here in Melbourne, Australia, if we knew what costs were involved and how feasible the idea is.

Hi Anna

I had a look a your village scribe website- very interesting! I am involved with Teachers Across Borders here in Australia and we do voluntary work with teachers in Cambodia, whose schools and libraries have no power for technology. Would be interested in hearing more about your solar panels!
