About Me
The first part of choosing great people is to analyze your own strengths and weaknesses.Thats give you a idea of where your needs are the greatest. The goal is to balance your weaknesses with the strengths of others, then to evaluate the team overall.A leader wants all his teammate to be strong. He doesn’t want yes men leading any departments, including the ones the leader himself knows well. Wisdom suggests a sage perspestive on life, a sense of balance, a keen understanding of how the various parts and princlples apply and relate to each other. It embraces judgement, discernment, comprehension. It is a oneness, an integrated wholeness.

SmartBoards are very much Mac-friendly - here's the website for the software the company produces itself - http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-US/Products/SMART+Board+software/ - we use it all the time at our Mac-only school.
