- I've been a teacher teaching 7th grade language arts and world history since 1991 (I've dabbled at the 8th grade level and in high school English, as well). I now have classes where every child has a laptop to work on. I'm having the best time ever even though I don't always know what I'm doing. I don't blog or Twitter because I'm not sure I want everyone to know what I'm thinking all the time. Maybe time will change that.
