Recently our school held a fundraiser for an alumnus who is battling cancer. It was a 3 on 3 basketball tournament where each team had to have one member somehow connected to Anderson High School. I played and more importantly reconnected with some of my former students. Another teacher who has epilepsy annually participates in a 5k run/walk to raise funds for a summer camp for kids with epilepsy.
