Will educators/administrators pay for Webinars?

Our education association is looking for a Webinar model that will generate a little revenue, or at least break even, and provide a member benefit. I have seen research on both sides of the question "will people pay?"So, what would you pay for an educational Webinar? We plan to give out attendance certificates for which your particular advanced degree program may (or may not) give you credit.
