About Me: Ayo Onatola oversees the Learning Centres of the Abingdon & Witney College (in partnership with Oxford Brookes University), Oxfordshire, United Kingdom (2012-). He holds BSc (Hons) Biochemistry, PGDE, Master in Library, Archival and Information Studies, all awarded by the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and Diploma in Health & Social Care (England). Formerly Librarian of: 1. Obafemi Awolowo College of Health Sciences & Teaching Hospital, Ogun State University, Nigeria (1996-99); 2. Lagos State University College of Medicine & Teaching Hospital, Nigeria (1999-2004); 3. SCIMD College of Medicine, Luton, United Kingdom (2004-2010); Author of scholarly articles and book reviews in refereed librarianship and medical journals, including some contributions in online networks and newspapers. Sole author of a book titled "Basics of Librarianship - theory & practice: a guide for beginners", published 2004 and a contributor to another book titled "Improving Library Services to People with Disabilities/edited by Courtney Deine-Jones and published by Chandos (Oxford) Publishing, Oxford in 2007.
