Hello my name is elisabeth but some call me beth-Anne or Elisabeth. I will be glad to help anyone having trouble with third through eighth grade math. I am in eighth grade right now but i am in a freshman level math class. i am also currently learning very basic calculus. but I am able towork with people who dont understand very well and not intimidate them. I once couldnt wrap my head around much math other than addition and subtraction... at about 4th grade was my last year of not understanding any of it. i learned to take math as a common knowlege in about fifth grade... i was by then able to do 11th grade math... according to my NWEA scores on math. well anyways the point is I will be happy to help anyone in 3rd through 8th grade with math and I wont make fun of you for not understanding something. im just not that kind of person :) good luck guys!

Beth-Anne,

You sound like a really good-hearted person! I don't personally know of any young people who need help, but know that many do. My website reaches many teachers and students who could use your knowledge and explanations so that they can learn. If you would like to either write out descriptions of how you explain the various functions of math, or record them on a voice recorder, I would love to include your lessons on my webpage for math. I have many activities on practicing math, but not much explanation on why it works. Your name will, of course, go on your work, and you can provide links to your lessons on your later college applications. You can take a look at the math part of my website at: http://www.educationalsynthesis.org/math .... Look forward to hearing from you.
