We are discussing chapter 8 of Ken Robinson's book, The Element, in our Web 2.0 Book Study at my school this week.  The discussion is going to focus on mentors that made a difference in our lives as well as how we can use technology to mentor students today.  Help us, please!  Can you imagine ways to use Skype to set up a mentoring program?  Or have you already used Skype or other technology for this purpose?  Last month we taught the participant teachers about Ning and Classroom 2.0 so this month we would like to demonstrate how collaboration using a Ning can be helpful for generating new ideas!  We will be meeting on Wednesday, April 14th.  Here is a link to our group's wiki if you would like to see what we are all about.  http://elementeducators.wikispaces.com.  Thanks for your help.
