Need info on how to do a mass share of a document in Google Docs?
If you ever wanted to share a document or presentation out to your entire class, grade, or staff without having to enter all the addresses each time:

You could also make it a public document on the web and give out the url as needed.
Using an app like Tinyurl you could even create standard urls for them such as www.tinyurl.com/classdoc1
That way people know what the url will be ahead of time, and you wont need to send out emails.
