Connecting Online 2009 is a conference which inviting presentations from academics, researchers, consultants and practitioners all around the world on topics like web 2.0, e-learning, e-governance, technology, education and instructional design. It will be held online on February 6 - 8, 2009.

The organizer is now accepting proposals for presentations in the CO09. Last date for submission is 30th November, 2008. Please feel free to send your proposals to organizers. A panel of judges will evaluate your proposal and you will be notified before 31st December, 2008. Dates are crucial and no late submissions will be accepted. These are the guidelines:
* Send proposal completely explained.
* Topics should be related to web 2.0, technology, education and start ups.
* You should be available for presentation via WiZiQ for at least 2 hours in any timezone.
* Send a brief introduction of you and your colleagues with your proposal
* No proposals will be accepted after due date.
