Play Devil's Advocate: Why won't you use more technology in your teaching?

Answer this as if you were wholly against using innovation, technology in teaching. I am curious to hear the excuses you hear, or the things you suspect people feel when resistant to implementation of technology.

For instance:

"It's just one more thing I have to worry about doing every day"

or

"Because kids still need to learn how to do worksheets"

Have fun with it, but try to respond with what you actually see and suspect from your fellow educators. (I know we all resist this to some extent, but the fact that you are associated with a site/forum such as this denotes at least an emergent interest and support for progressive technology in the classroom).

"It will take too long to get students to learn the program.....reduces the time we have to learn actual lesson plans."

I don't agree with this completely, however. We're working on finding the most appropriate sites/software that will allow us to amplify our curriculum. But sometimes, especially working with students who have limited online experience, the logistics of getting them online and up to speed can really take more time than we have available.
