Hi

For those of us who are podcasters, let's share our links and a bit of info about what we produce! If you are a listener, what educational podcasts do you like, and why?

Here's mine~

I am a podcaster and create a series of review video podcasts or "masterycasts" for my students and anyone who is interested in reviewing history. I am currently covering US History and Ancient World History, but will be moving into Modern World History soon. They can be found in the Subjects sections of my site as well as in iTunes as MasteryCast.

Please tell us about the educational podcasts you create or like!

Thanks!

Sue Palmer

Parents as Partners podcasts of parent and teachers and students
Thanks for sharing Lorna! I am really impressed with your parental involvement. It is great. I have a blog on my school website for parents and have had some good feedback, but yours is really great! I've bookmarked it and will use it as my inspiration to get my parents involved as well. Parents do listen to my masterycasts. Do you find the "podcast" aspect appealing to your audience?

Sue
involving parents is always a challenge - this is a new adventure. Many parents with children in elementary and secondary schools were not brought up with computers and are still shy and reserved in using online communications except email. The learning curve is still large and I am hoping that everyone's real time engagement with parents will encourage them to try new things. Will make it easy and non threatening to engage in this way.
Do you know if you can watch a podcast full screen within the program itself?
