Hey there!  This is a new thing for me, to blog about my role in the PYP exhibitionl.  I'm going to try and keep this going throughout the process this year.  My role as PYP coordinator is different from the Grade 6 homeroom teachers, as I don't usually have daily contact with the Grade 6 students nor do I spent the majority of my time with them.  But, I am part of the Exhibition and help the students and their teachers very regularly. So, in a way, I am backstage, away from the spotligths and the flowers at the end!

Let me tell you a bit about the school: private school with the IB curriculum, student population is 99 % local students.  Location is in the Middle East, thus for the students, English is a second language.  There are two classes in the grade 6, the last year of primary school here.  One class had 16 boys and the other class 15 girls.

I will attempt to update the blog as we go. March 26 is the big kick-off of the 6 weeks (plus one week of break) leading to the PYP Exhibition.  So, let's hang in there...
