I am a 4th year Kindergarten teacher in Middletown, CA. I am currently attending Sonoma State University working towards my Masters Degree in Teaching Reading and Language. One of my ambitions is to better integrate technology into the classroom. Photoshop is my hobby, and I have used PowerPoint to create classroom ebooks about our field trips. I've also used Premiere Elements to create a echo reading of a Language Experience Approach story created by my students. I'm looking for more ways to integrate technology as a means of helping my second language learners and their families to become more proficient readers in their primary and secondary languages.
