Have you watched Ratatouille on DVD? In the DVD extra Fine Food and Film, the Chef who collaborated on the filming and the film director are shown back and forth commenting on the creative process. Its very enlightening. Wonderful to see how two talented creative leaders work.
Anyone discussed it with students?
Also, does anyone have a copy? I am looking for the quote from Chef Thomas Keller, where the video shows a salmon being filleted, and he comments on the relationship between that routine task and being highly creative.
