I lead the Tutor/Mentor Connection and Tutor/Mentor Institute, LLC in Chicago and share a lot of information about building and sustaining programs on my http://www.tutormentorexchange.net site. I've hosted a Tutor/Mentor Conference in Chicago every six months since May 1994 and the next is on June 7 at the Metcalfe Federal Building.
