Adding Captions to Pictures

Are you talking about adding captions to photos so that the captions are embedded in the photo file or are you talking about displaying captions below a photo on, say, a web page?

A number of tools allow you to add captions to photos such as Picasa, MS Photo Gallery Live but adding a caption to the photo file itself doesn't necessarily mean the caption will automatically be displayed when addng them to something like a web page.

It works like Paint, Once you created text and you change your mind, you need to start over.
