Comment by Richard Close on January 16, 2010 at 7:06pm: I develop and interesting webinar on Fluid filtering were both IT and Education have control over the filter on the fly.
There is also granual filtering that allows us to show a You Tube on cyber bullying while at the same time block the You Tube that teaches how to cyber bully. In the webinar it cover the conflicting departmental views and how the can work together.
