So what have I been up to?

I have a Ning for my class groups to communicate through. Did the Wordle stuff and found it potentially very useful for presentations. Uploaded a SlideShare and added a Youtube videos to the presenation (even though my district blocks Youtube and i won't be able to use the slides there). Began creating a wesite with Weebly to see what could be done by little ole me. Skyped, twittered and looked at plurking. Last week produced a few podcsts with my students, Today I decided not to connect my email account with my cellphone - I need to get away once in a while. I have a fairly well defined farm in Facebook using Farmville. Now my glog on the wedding is soon to be posted in my blog.

Right about now I can hear my former English professor ask me "Is any of this English? What are you trying to communicate?"

Now I need to pull these and a few more "tools" together and start starting the use of these for educational purposes. Don't believe I will be reinventing the wheel, as I have discovered lots of virtual resources to assist me in this endeavor. I need to thank all of you CR 2.0 folks who have welcomed me and responded to my other posts. In looking around here I have been overwhelmed with the reources you all provide.

I am enjoying this journey though the maze of tools and websites that are providing me lots of content! Did I mention I am trying to find material for my Moodle?
